Guests do not need to install an app or register for a GuestLive account. They scan an event QR code or open a private link in their existing web browser, making it straightforward to respond to an invitation, upload memories, record a message, or request a song.
Hosts manage the event from one dashboard. The platform includes invitations, household RSVPs, meal and dietary choices, schedules, email and SMS communication, media moderation, downloads, seating, tasks, budgets, suppliers, venue collaboration, co-host access, and customisable guest-facing pages.
